Human flag (by choice)
Russian split (180°) and/or Spatchcock and/or Eagle

* If, for example, you are doing an eagle, you are not obligated to do Russian or Spatchcock, but you are allowed
Category minimum elements aren’t set by default, but they are set as an example any competitor can do any other variation of that element
Routine must include at least one power spin on static pole, example Phoenix
Routine must include at least one power combo – combining at least three elements without getting of the pole
Routine must include at least one drop of any kind
Routine duration 3:30 – 4:00 minutes
